These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Black Star Wisdom website, services, and digital platforms (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Root & Star Holdings LLC (Arizona, USA), DBA Black Star Wisdom (“Black Star Wisdom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Black Star Wisdom provides astrology-based guidance including but not limited to:

• Live astrology readings (virtual or in-person)
• Booking and scheduling services via third-party platforms

They are not medical, financial, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. By using this Site, you affirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. SPIRITUAL + PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMER

Black Star Wisdom services provide interpretive and intuitive insights based on astrological principles. While we aim to offer helpful guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Black Star Wisdom services are not a substitute for:

4. BOOKING, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Payments

Payments are processed through third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal, Acuity, Calendly). By booking services, you agree to their payment terms and processing policies.

4.2 Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this window may be non-refundable.

4.3 No Refunds After Service Is Delivered

Due to the time-based and personalized nature of astrology readings, all completed sessions are final and non-refundable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site – including but not limited to text, graphics, images, branding, logos, written interpretations, course materials, and downloads – is the exclusive property of Root & Star Holdings LLC unless otherwise noted.

You may not:

• copy, redistribute, or resell content
• publish content under your name
• use materials to create derivative commercial products

Limited personal use is permitted.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Site to:

• harass, harm, or defraud others
• upload malicious code
